Welcome to Juicy Pole Glasgow where we teach a variety of pole classes, provide catered coaching, embrace individuality and encourage creativity! Our instructors have years of experience both teaching and performing/competing and are all fully qualified and insured in their chosen pole styles. We promote safety and inclusivity above all else and truly strive for a more accessible pole industry by accepting every body. We provide alternative online training options alongside our standard classes in order to encourage all to take the leap, and begin their pole journey, regardless of budget! We will help you get fit, build confidence, explore movement and have loads of fun whilst doing so, whatever your individual goals may be!

Juicy was launched to create a space that accepts all, and encourages students to explore their own style of movement in a supportive and fun environment. We teach all bodies and all people and pride ourselves on catering to the needs of the individual as much as possible, so they truly get the best experience.
Currently we provide weekly classes in Stirling, monthly in Falkirk and 121’s/private tuition in Glasgow, as well as various touring workshops bookable to your own local studios!
We also provide various off the pole options and online content such as our pole surgeries and workout plans in our bid to make pole accessible for all.
You can also book our instructors for performances, events and competitions!

Classes
We offer 121, 122’s and 123’s in Glasgow where you can work on your specific goals and development whether your new to pole or experienced!
We teach weekly classes at Stirling University during term time and monthly in Falkirk.
We offer a range of touring workshops available for studio’s to book, simply request us to your local studio or message for availability!
Performance
Our instructors are seasoned performers and competitors, open for booking for your next event as a guest performer or competition judge.

One of our biggest goals is to make pole more accessible for all! To do so, we offer a variety of online content from our video library and masterclasses to bespoke workout plans. We offer budget friendly Pole Surgeries helping you to get catered instructor help and feedback without commiting to an in person appointment.
